Last summer, I caught a round trip flight from Boston to Denver for $180 on Jet Blue Airlines. Had I not be so limited on time and resources, I wouldn’t have thought twice about packing up a bag full of clothes and hittin the highway for another epic voyage. I guess what it comes down to, is that whether you’re traveling a long or short distance, there’s no better way to make some friends, adventures, and memories, than by doing it the old fashioned way.<BR/>In this series, I’m going to try to give some pointers on the best way to travel by car, and suggest some interesting sites not to be missed. In about two year’s time. I must have driven cross country nine times, with numerous smaller trips dispersed throughout. I went just about everywhere from Boston to San Francisco with the exception of the far northern states. I had a hell of a time doing it, came face to face with death a few times,and made a lifetime of memories and friends.
